Mr. Tyszka is the founding member of the Law Offices
of T. Nicholas Tyszka, L.L.C. His experience in advocacy, business, law, and politics
spans more than a decade.

Education Mr. Tyszka earned his undergraduate degree from the University of
Notre Dame in 2000, becoming the first student in the university's history to
major in international peace studies, minor in theology, and concentrate in
Catholic social tradition. He also holds a graduate business degree from Notre
Dame. Both of Mr. Tyszka's law degrees are from Loyola University Chicago School
of Law, including his LL.M. in business and corporate governance law.

and the principal member of T. Nicholas Group, L.L.C., which is the parent
company of T. Nicholas
Realty.
Personal Mr. Tyszka resides in the River North area of the city. He is an
avid Chicago sports fan, and is a season ticketholder for both the Chicago Cubs
and the Chicago Bulls.
